Planning Commission

The Planning Commission regularly meets once a month on the first Monday of that month at 6:30 p.m. Planning Commission related questions should be directed to Hellyn Riggins, City Manager at (615) 274-2922.

The Planning Commission develops the City's long range plans, land development, including subdivisions and site plans proposed in the City. The planning commission also provides recommendations on rezoning applications and zoning ordinance revisions to the City Council and is responsible for implementing the subdivisions regulations as well as the zoning ordinance.
